Precious-metal powder atomizer · Make your own printing feedstock.
Most metal-printing operations are held hostage by their powder supply — you run the alloys someone else stocks, at their price and on their lead time. The EN-Atomizer removes that constraint: it melts precious metal and atomizes it into fine, spherical powder in a single one-key cycle, so you produce exactly the alloy you need, in the batch size you actually use.
Gold, K-gold, silver, copper, and custom alloys all run on the same machine, with particle size adjustable across an 80#–400# grit range. Melting runs up to 1600–2200 °C with ±1 °C control under a nitrogen or argon blanket and full vacuum — keeping oxygen out and the powder clean. It scales from a 4 kg benchtop vacuum unit to a 100 kg floor-standing system, installed and supported by our US-based team.
It closes the loop on the metal-AM line: the atomizer makes the powder, the printer prints it, Text-to-CAD helps you design it. Reclaim and re-atomize your own precious metal instead of selling it back at a loss.
